1. Who We Are

CCM Bridge Inc., a Minnesota corporation (“CCM Bridge,” “we,” “us”), operating the website at ccmbridge.com, is the entity responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@ccmbridge.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect very little data through this Site because it does not have user accounts, logins, or a product to sign up for directly.

Information you provide directly: if you use the “Get in touch,” “Contact,” or “Tell us what you need” links on the Site, you are sending us an email. We receive whatever you choose to include in that email, typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically: we use a cookie-less, privacy-focused analytics tool to collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data, such as which pages are viewed. The Site does not use advertising pixels or cookies of any kind (see Section 4).

3. Why We Use It

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a request related to our products, or otherwise communicate with you at your initiation. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your action in contacting us first.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This Site uses PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics provider, to understand aggregate visitor behavior, such as which pages and product pages generate interest. This analytics implementation is configured to be cookie-less: no cookies are set, and no persistent identifier is stored on your device or carried across visits or sessions. Session replay/recording is disabled.

We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. Analytics data is not linked to your name or email address unless you separately choose to submit that information through our contact or waitlist forms, which are handled as described in Section 2. 5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information you send us with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Site or respond to inquiries (for example, our email and hosting providers), acting on our instructions; (b) professional advisors (legal, accounting) where necessary; (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; or (d) as required by law or to protect our rights.

Messages submitted through this Site’s contact form are delivered using a third-party transactional email service, which processes the message content solely to route it to us and does not use it for any other purpose.

6. Retention

We retain correspondence sent through the Site for as long as reasonably needed to address the inquiry and for our own recordkeeping, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information sent to us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

This Site is operated from and directed at users in the United States. We do not currently target users in the European Union or United Kingdom, and this policy does not include GDPR-specific representations.

9. Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because this Site collects only what you voluntarily send us and does not sell personal data, these requests can be handled directly: contact us at contact@ccmbridge.com to make a request.

10. Children

This Site is directed at business professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
