We collect very little data through this Site because it does not have user accounts, logins, or a product to sign up for directly.

Information you provide directly: if you use the “Get in touch,” “Contact,” or “Tell us what you need” links on the Site, you are sending us an email. We receive whatever you choose to include in that email — typically your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically: none at this time. The Site does not currently use analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies of any kind (see Section 4).

3. Why We Use It

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate a request related to our products, or otherwise communicate with you at your initiation. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your action in contacting us first.

As of the effective date above, this Site does not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technology. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect, and this section will describe what is used and how to control it.

We retain correspondence sent through the Site for as long as reasonably needed to address the inquiry and for our own recordkeeping, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

8. International Transfers

This Site is operated from and directed at users in the United States. We do not currently target users in the European Union or United Kingdom, and this policy does not include GDPR-specific representations.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request deletion of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. This Site is directed at business professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
